Five paid field days per quarter to walk the gear you helped build.

Most roles are Taipei-based but we support hybrid and fully remote for engineering and editorial.

Intro call — 30 minutes. We share the role and you share your story.
Practical exercise or trail walk — depends on the role, never more than four hours.
Workshop or studio visit. Meet the team and walk the floor.
Offer and onboarding. We aim to close in under three weeks from the first call.

We reimburse travel for in-person stages and run all interviews in the language you are most comfortable in.
